I’ve been thinking of trying podcasting since I started this blog and have not yet gotten around to try it. But Bambuser’s live broadcasts seemed like a simple service to use so after checking out the instructions on the website and a workshop by Jocke Jardenberg earlier this week I decided to give it a go.

I set up the equipment - my laptop and an old video camera on a borrowed tripod (Thanks Rob!) - in the kitchen, started Bambuser and pressed “Broadcast” and…  whops there it is! I’m live! Scary! Fun!.
A LOT of things could have gone better, but considering it’s the first time I’m very pleased. I’ve already gotten some feedback, most of it positive and some more…. “constructive”. I’m happy for both. Keep it coming. It’s the only way I’ll learn.
