- Dice the feta into cubes or crumble it using your hands.
- Add the black, dried olives, the yellow raisins and the chopped mint leafs.
- Mix it gently and put in bowls.
Feta and olive salad with mint and raisins
A mixture of sweet, salt, smooth, chewy, fresh and dried. A great companion to any lamb dish!
300 g feta cheese
100 g dried black olives
a handfull of coarsely chopped mint leafs
a handful of yellow raisins
