A fresh and sour Granny Smith sorbet to calm you down after spicy food.
Serve it on thick slices of fresh figs cooked in vanilla syrup and decorate with cinnamon caramel sticks… or something else you happen to like.
- Peel the apples and remove the seeds.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it’s a smooth pure.
- Sift through a cloth and squeeze out all the liquid.
- Put the liquid in an ice cream machine or put the sorbet in the fridge and leave it there for 40 minutes. then stir every 20 minutes until it looks like sorbet.
