Fresh, crunchy, healthy, sweet and chewy. Could this be the perfect Christmas salad?

- Wash the cabbage, remove the “woody parts” and cut it into small pieces.
- Cut the figs into smaller chunks.
- Take out the filets from the oranges or if you can’t stand the hassle - just peel them and cut them into smaller pieces.
- Put everything in a bowl and, if you like, drizzle some olive oil - not really necessary, but good - over the salad. Toss and serve!
