Fresh, crunchy, healthy, sweet and chewy. Could this be the perfect Christmas salad?
Green cabbage

  1. Wash the cabbage, remove the “woody parts” and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Cut the figs into smaller chunks.
  3. Take out the filets from the oranges or if you can’t stand the hassle - just peel them and cut them into smaller pieces.
  4. Put everything in a bowl and, if you like, drizzle some olive oil - not really necessary, but good - over the salad. Toss and serve!
