Tasty, moist pork in a spicy paste packed with flavors and grilled! Can it get any better than that?
Rendang is a Sumatran speciality made from beef cooked with chilies, aromatic roots, herbs and spices. This time I make it with pork and don’t cook it in coconut milk, but instead I grill it marinated in the rendang paste.
