A classic! My good friend Jennie recently started “Food challenge of the month” and the first theme was bouillabaisse. This is my contribution.
It may not look like the fanciest bouillabaisse around - but it’s oh-my-god-good!

Great with soup, even better with cheese but perhaps best with a cup of tea and just a little butter.
