Fresh green cabbage salad for christmas

The traditional Swedish food at Christmas is a bit heavy and fat. Delicious, but rich in every way. Every year we try to bring something new, fresh to the table and this salad made from green cabbage, dried figs and oranges has found it’s way into our hearts and stomachs. It’s now a regular on every Christmas eve dinner.
